Reach For the Sun

This photo was interesting to me. It looks like the tree is reaching for something on the other side of the pond. I didn't notice it when I took the picture, but the tree is actually pointing directly towards the sun. I guess it must like the sunlight.

I took this particular photo on the Charles River Esplanade. The Prudential building is in the background.

Happy Easter!

Scene captured at the Boston Public Gardens... not quite sure what was going on, but it appeared to be "Easter related"?

Reflections and Color

Reflections and color... hard to believe that I took this photo at a spot in the middle of the city of Boston.

A Tree Illuminated

I was walking through the Boston Public Gardens on a beautiful fall day in the late afternoon. The sun was at a very low angle and it was illuminating a tree next to the pond. I thought that it really brought out the colors nicely.

The Gardens

This photo was taken during one of the last days of last warm days of the year. I went walking through the Boston Public Gardens and got this shot under the tree.

A Colorful Day in the Public Gardens

What you don't see in this picture are all the tourists huddled around me. Nonetheless, the Public Gardens in Boston are quite beautiful during the fall season.

Autumn at the Boston Public Gardens

Relaxing under a tree in the Boston Public Gardens. As you can see, some of the trees are starting to change color.

I actually had to wait in a bit of a line to take this picture. There were a group of people lined up under this tree shooting away... I'm sure if you do a google image search right now, you'll find a bunch of images that look similar. Nonetheless, I like it!

Autumn Canopy

The fall colors are starting to show. I rode my bike to the Boston Public Gardens on a beautiful fall day and saw some nice colors in the trees. I've always been a big fan of fall (especially when I lived out west... best time of year for surf). However, not such a fan of the New England winters.
