Rice fields of Ubud.
Another retro/analog looking picture I made using photoshop. I wanted to create a "Polaroid-like" effect from my digital image. I think it came out pretty cool.
The before image is below.

Red Cactus in Sint Maarten.
My attempt at creating a "Polaroid-like" image... retro, analog, and a bit over-exposed. I'm not exactly sure why I wanted to do this (especially with an image taken by an expensive SLR camera). I guess I got sick of looking at perfectly crisp/clear photographs. Anyways, I think it came out kind of cool.

SHELL
I'm definitely not a fan of big oil companies... nor do I like Shell. However, this is still a pretty rad structure. It's situated right along Memorial Drive in Cambridge... and has been there for ages. It looks like something that was constructed during the 60s. I think it's pretty cool.

Abandoned house in Cambridge, MA.
I was riding my bike around Cambridge yesterday and happened to roll past this abandoned house. The colors and textures are incredible (LOVE the teal!!)... would like to actually go inside it somehow and shoot some more pictures. Wondered what happened to it that caused people to vacate?
Also, what is that box with a red 'X' for??

One of my favorite restaurants in the Boston area-- Harvest... lucky for me, it just happens to be outside my window! Love the smells during the summer!

Through the looking glass.
A close up of my parent's dog... Pepper! It's hard to not love in love with the big/brown eyes.

Early morning flight from ORD to BOS (on American Airlines). In this image, you're looking down on O'Hare International Airport (ORD)... and the city of Chicago is in the background. In all of my trips to Chicago, I've never seen a view like this of the airport. The plane kind of dipped as we were taking off... and I had my trusty iPhone camera ready to go!
Anyone want to guess what that yellow line is in the bottom right hand corner??

I recently went on a little trip to Chicago to celebrate the christening of my brother's new baby. It was a fun little trip... and I enjoyed seeing family and friends. I happened to be on the top of some relatively tall buildings in downtown and took some pictures looking down. I'm referring to it as the "Rooftop Gallery". Hope you enjoy!

Another sunset collage. I mixed together a few photos I took from an incredible sunset I saw in the Maldives. It's amazing how much the sky changes in color over the course an hour. It was very beautiful.

Sunset collage. I was lucky enough to see an incredible sunset along the New Hampshire coastline. I probably took over 100 images that evening. The pictures I cobbled together above are all from the same sunset... just taken at different times. I thought it came out pretty cool. What do you think?

An awesome sculpture in the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. I really liked the shadows that the light creating on the wall. It almost looked like the sculpture was on fire.

Motorbike life in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Vietnam is a very interesting place... great food, interesting culture, warm climate, an massive amounts of motorbikes. It's difficult to describe the motorbike scene there... something you need to see in person to fully comprehend. Not many Vietnamese people own cars or trucks. Therefore, if you need to transport something, you throw it onto your bike. I saw people transporting everything from mirrors to propane tanks to families of 4 to groceries to chickens to giant tires (as shown above). The drivers of the motorbikes definitely have mad skills.

Admiring the view from on top of the Boston University Bridge. I really like the railroad crossing in foreground. It's super rusted and is covered in graffiti... very unique.

This had to be one of the coolest looking building I've ever seen that's still under construction. I'm not sure what the final plans are for the building... but I hope it comes out looking somewhat similar. This photo was taken right by the Boston Museum of Fine Art... and Northeastern University.

Spring time!
I went for a bike ride along the river in Fenway. The trail was incredibly beautiful. All of the trees were blooming and they created a tunnel of flowers. Great colors.
